For everyone who is in a relationship, is your significant other understanding of having to sleep with a CPAP?
For the single people, do you find it difficult to date or try to start a relationship with someone when you tell them that you have to sleep with a CPAP?
I’ve dealt with sleep apnea since before getting out of the Army over 20 years ago and was just officially diagnosed little over a year ago with Severe OSA. After doing some research on my own about sleep apnea, I have found that some of the health issues I’ve experienced throughout those 20 years are also related to having sleep apnea.
Ever since using a CPAP has been a life changer for me in the essence of not falling asleep at work, driving, or throughout the day. I’ve been single for some time and I feel that if I get into the dating scene that I won’t be in a long relationship due to having to use a CPAP to sleep.
