Usage timer isn’t accurate

I find that my usage timer sometimes isn’t accurate. I thought I was imagining it at first then last night confirmed it. I went to bed around 1:00. Woke up just before 7am but the timer only showed 3:38. So I figured I’d lay here to get the last 22 minutes in. It’s been 48 minutes and it’s showing 3:53 minutes of use.
I can say I might’ve knocked the mask off my face during the night. But, it’s been on fine during the last 50 minutes.
Has anyone else experienced this? I have the ResMed Airsense 11.
