REG Gift Question
Post Body

When it comes to gifts, are they or are they not included in Gross Income? Wiley video says that if somebody cuts your yard and you give em $30, the one who cut the yard has to include that as part of Gross Income. But, the IRC states that gifts and inheritances are never part of Gross Income. What gives?
