Has anyone called in before? Did you ever get a successful answer?
Today I called in, eventually got a menu option for a customer rep and was told I was caller #47 waiting to speak to a representative. I hung up and called back later and was #24. After 20 minutes I got a rep, told her my name and that I had an eligibility question about registering in Maine. She said "Please Hold" and connected me to another number which sounded like an old fashioned answering machine which I think said her name was Landa (sp?) Willert, please leave a message.
I gave my name and number and asked for a call back. Anyone been thru this before - will I ever get a call back or should I just call in again and wait on hold forever?
FWIW - my question is whether my university can send in a letter of course completion for my Audit course credit instead of a transcript. I have finished the course and am ready to schedule my exams, but they will not release transcripts for the spring semester until mid-May. So a substitute letter of completion was suggested by the accounting program in the interim.
