If I'm supposed to take a certain class but I already got credit for it by taking a similar class and the credit got transferred, does it count?

Basically, for the full CPA licensure, I just need to take a few more and I'll satisfy all the requirements but there's this one class(technical business writing) that I didn't take but already got credit for because I took a similar class from a different university that I already graduated from and then I started at a new university and credit from this class got transferred.

Does that mean I should still take technical business writing or do I not need to take it??

P.S. I already emailed NASBA and CPA board of my state a few months ago multiple times but got no response.
