help with my upcoming Bec exam

my last exam and it is true it is an uphill battle to study even for an hour , I managed to finish all the videos and working on my mcq I will try to review some simulation questions but I didn't do anything regarding the written questions, any advise for the written and simulations? like important topics or questions to focus on or style of answers , I am using Wiley and take the exam in 15 days appreciate any advise Note : English is not my first language so this add to the pressure
