Best place to demo some different skis before I purchase.

Basically just the title. I'm looking for the best shop that will let me demo a selection of current skis before I purchase. I live in Lakewood and have an Epic Pass.

I'm less concerned about cost than I am about good, knowledgeable advice and the overall convenience of the whole thing. So, I guess I'd prefer if the shop is located near a Vail Resorts base area over being in the metro area.

Has anyone done this recently and have any recommendations? My current daily drivers are Rossi S3s from around 2013 and they are getting close to the end of their life.
