This is the result of my air drying. Look ok to keep doing this way? I wait until the stems no longer "give" when slightly squeezed.
Post Body

Since our climate is so dry here, I've been putting my harvest on a high shelf where all my plants go to dry out and die. I keep my ceiling fan on and they seem to be drying great! But a lot that I've read says most people air dry for a bit then still use a dehydrator?
