How to make RSO activate faster?

About a month ago, I tried RSO and I loved it. lasts me longer than smoking. The thing is it now takes like almost 2 hours to activate even on an empty stomach. I have been using capsules and sometimes I used only half of the capsule to activate faster. Is there a better way that includes the capsules?
