Anyone else experiencing vomiting post-COVID?

Post Body

I started showing symptoms 7/13, tested positive 7/14, still tested positive 7/19, and yesterday, 7/24, I tested negative. Finally back at work today. I'm still experiencing some lingering symptoms, but the worst is the post nasal drip. I have a sensitive stomach and I just feel like I'm full of mucus at all times. Yesterday I vomited a few times, which wasn't a big deal, because I throw up really easily when I have anxiety or migraines. I'm used to it. Today though, I threw up in the morning before work, I threw up in the parking lot getting into my car coming home, and then probably 5 or 6 times since then. It's freaking me out. Can post nasal drip really cause this level of vomiting? Has covid done something to really fuck up my stomach? Is it because I've been on cold meds for 2 weeks and now I've inflamed my stomach lining or something? I'm so anxious I'm going to vomit at work tomorrow.
