Question to those who tested positive

Hey there's I just tested positive, has anyone here been able to avoid household transmission? I started to have symptoms yesterday and immediately isolated myself in my bedroom. Took a test yesterday and it was positive but with a very very faint line. Today I took another one and now it is clearly positive.

I'm feeling well the worst day was yesterday, but concerned about my parents, they are both 60 with 2 booster shots. Any tips to avoid household transmission. I'll be locked in my bedroom for most of the time but I spoke to my mom right before symptoms onset. I don't want to make them sick :(
