Post Body

It’s Friday night and I started feeling symptoms yesterday (Thursday). It started with just feeling extremely tired, wrote it off as just being tired. Later in the day I started getting body aches and an awful headache. The headache also brought pain in my ears. Also noticed some congestion. I tried to have a nap and just assumed I didn’t sleep enough. Went to bed with the same symptoms and woke up in the middle of the night extremely achy and had a hard time sleeping.

I woke up feeling okay this morning and then the body aches started again and the bad headache. That’s mainly been it today, taking Tylenol has really helped with the headache, not as much with the body aches. I’ve started to get a sore throat tonight.

Update: Day 3 I felt much better until I started to develop a sore throat. Day 4 was the same. The sore throat has lingered since then. I took 3 tests, granted after watching a video I’m not sure I did them 100% correctly (the nasal swab portion), and tested negative. It’s Monday morning now and my throat feels slightly worse than other mornings, my left ear was itchy, feels like I have a slight headache and some pain in my left shoulder and neck. Just going to ride out whatever this is.
