I had COVID in July and had to be hospitalized for 24 hours. I was sick the entire month, it was awful. Last month my hair started falling out and it's been extreme. I've lost half my hair and there is no slowing down. I'm at the point where I'm considering buzzing all my hair off until the loss stops. I'm 30F living in a very conservative area so this would be seen as pretty extreme, but I don't know what else to do. Everything I've read online says that there isn't anything you can do about it, you just have to wait for it to stop. What do I do?
