Is anybody know what the actual breakthrough percentage is?

I posted something last week regarding breakthrough infections and how it seems like vaccinated cases are just as common as the unvaccinated and many people said I was crazy and that the vaccine is definitely working well. I believe the last article I read said that the breakthrough cases are at about .04% but that seems incredibly low to me, especially considering that so many people here on Reddit are catching covid despite being fully vaccinated. Does anyone know what the actual numbers are?
