Full body rash?

Hello, I was doing pretty well 5-6 days. No symptoms really besides small cough. Today I broke out in FULL body hives. Itchy beyond belief. I was on my last day of prednisone but did anyone else experience any rash or hives? Cortisone gel helped but it looks so bad I hope it goes away fast. Scary that I was fine for days then BAM this. Help.
