I tested positive today and I cant stop worrying

Post Body

I tested positive for covid this morning, 3 days before is when I first felt ill, I had body aches all over and I thought its cause I slept with my window open and was cold all night, now im think that mightve been chills. the next day I got undeniable chills and the following day I got a fever. I slept for pretty much that whole 2 day period and got tested as soon as I could. I didnt have a cough or labored breathing at all, it just felt like my body was fighting something. I felt fine minus some congestion and a clogged ear since yesterday so I thought it must've just been a cold that my body dealt with quick, I didn't know congestion was one of the symptoms so it sounded like a cold to me. so I stopped wearing my mask around the house. Then I tested positive this morning and I panicked. I watched a movie with my parents last night, I was on a separate couch but still, I gave my grandma a brief hug from behind. And now I cant help but worry that I infected them especially my grandma. shes the last person I want to get it and I cant stop beating myself up for thinking I was fine because i felt better so quick. Im quarantining now and a subtle wierd dryness has been starting to happen when I breath sometimes so I'm really hoping I don't start feeling bad again, I hear it happens for some 2-3 days after you start to feel better then you suddenly get worse. I just really need to vent somewhere I don't know if I could live with myself knowing I infected any of my family they mean so much to me and if they have it, it might not be so easy for them as it was for me. The worst part is not knowing if I did or not for several days, and even if im quarantining now I could still infect someone in my house. We moved my grandma immediately to my uncles house where she usually lived before covid happened. He lives alone and doesn't work rn because of covid so it seemed the safest choice just in case she hasn't been infected. Im just really anxious and if you guys have any reassuring words if there are any after my stupidity, I would love to hear them I'm not sure how I got infected ive been being as safe as possible, my best guess was maybe my water bottle, Im realizing I barely cleaned it and I brought it with me everywhere
