Post Body

I had Covid from June 23, was sick for 12 days and when my blood oxygen level reas 86 I went to the hospital were I was in there for 6 days. I was on 3 liters of oxygen. When I was discharged I was fine and started the recovery process. Approximately 9 days after I was discharged I started getting light headaches when I woke up and it doesn’t last long.... as the day goes on it tends to go away. Seems now everyday I get a morning headache when I wake up and it goes away.

I also had my first beer since April and my head is a little irritated.

Another thing I have is when I am sitting too long and when I get up I feel a little light headed and I have to sit there till I’m fine for 3-5 seconds and the. I continue on.

Anyone have this? My head doesn’t seem normal.
