Felt like I had the flu for one day then just nose congestion?!

Did anyone else have this happen?
I felt like I had the flu for a day and then the very next day all I had was a very stuffy and runny nose. Then a few days later lost my taste and smell.
Iām at the period of Covid where I get a slight temperature if I exert myself and a bit of a headache and brain fog. But that usually lasts only a day for me.
