Tested positive/developed consistent symptoms on Sunday

I have been quarantining at home. Hubby has been sleeping on the couch and as of Tuesday does not have Covid from our at home test. I have not been able to hug him or hold his hand or anything and the most I can do is loving look at him from across the couch. He has not been sleeping well as the cough is not a good place to sleep consistently for almost a week. I haven’t had a fever since Sunday (100.8) and I have not been taking any fever reducing meds. No diarrhea or vomiting this whole time, just extreme fatigue, a huge rash on my cheeks, neck, and back; dizziness, congestion, irritating cough, and headaches.

Most of those are gone today because for the congestion, every once in a while coughing, and I’m sure some dizziness. It is important to note that we recently had a weather change here where it went from the 80 to like 45 for 2 or 3 days with rain and I’m 35 weeks pregnant. So a lot of this could also be allergies/pregnancy issues.

The health dept called on Monday and told me that if I don’t have diarrhea, vomiting, or fever by the end of today I am cleared to go back to work. I am wondering when do I fully stop being contagious? I don’t want my husband to get sick but I miss being able to cuddle him and have him sleep in bed with me.
