Hi friends!
Just here to give a little input on the allergy nasal spray tip for helping with loss of smell and taste. I was trying to find info on it yesterday and there werenāt a ton of thorough mentions of it, so I thought Iād share!
I tested positive eight days ago and am still testing positive (although the line has gone from as dark as possible to very faint) and I lost my sense of taste and smell around day three or four. I was getting very frustrated and posted here yesterday about struggling to deal with it. I came across a mention of using some allergy nasal spray (not sure the name of it) that had the same active ingredient as Flonase. I use Flonase for allergies sometimes, but am out of it. However, I have āNasacortā on hand (which I think has a different active ingredient) and decided to give it a go yesterday.
This morning, I woke up and tasted my god awful morning breath! My taste isnāt back perfectly but itās so much better than yesterday. While this may not work for people with more severe/long term issues, itās definitely worth a shot!
