Any advice for getting yourself to eat when loss of taste/smell is affecting your appetite?

Post Body

I tested positive a week ago today, and around four days ago I lost my sense of taste and smell. I haven't lost it completely, but it's enough gone that eating really doesn't interest me. Pretty much all I feel like I can taste are cheesy bagels, for some reason, and I'm already tired of eating those.

Any tips for dealing with the loss of appetite? I'm HUNGRY, don't get me wrong, but eating when you can't taste anything is awful. I know people get this symptom from other things like colds but I've never experienced it before and it's driving me nuts :-(
