Should I take paxlovid

On day 5 now. I am worried about the rebound. Right now congested mostly, post nasal drip cough, dehydrated easily. No fever anymore. Is paxlovid worth it? My doctor prescribed it and said that I don’t need to unless my oxygen drops below 95% but are there other benefits or is it not worth the rebound risk?
