My lateral flow tests keep showing a very faint positive test result, however, left week the second line in the LFT result was very pronounced confirming i have tested positive, should i treat these faint results as a negative?

Post Body

This past week, i have been isolating due to testing positive for Covid. I have done tests over the last two days and each test i have done there is a very faint line where the positive result should be. This past week the faint line was very, very pronounced and came up almost straight away. When i did the test, now whats happening is that the second line is hardly appearing at all and this has happened on more than one test. Should i assume it is negative and start my life back up or does it mean i still have the virus but i am NOT infectious as i am asymptomatic just now i'm unsure where to go from here.
