Indoors, vaccinated, unmasked - unsure of safety going back to work

I'm 32, have an autoimmune disorder (psoriasis), am obese, and recently had spontaneous pneumothorax - I consider myself in the high risk category. I live with my parents, one of whom has had historic lung issues, is 71, and also probably high risk. We're all fully vaccinated.

My goal, really, throughout all this is to reduce my chance of infection to near zero. It's hard to imagine an infection, even asymptomatic, couldn't pose a serious threat for my parents, much less the terrifying risk of long covid. I know being vaccinated my chances of hospitalization and death are low, that's not really what I'm worried about.

I'm a wind player, and theoretically have an orchestra concert coming up mid september. I'm in Oregon where cases are pretty out of control. From what research I've seen, playing a wind instrument is essentially identical to just talking in terms of risk factor. So that's fine.

Assuming no precautions are taken, that'll be something like 20 people within 15 feet of me, possibly unvaccinated, unmasked, not particularly well ventilated space, for multiple hours. To me that is very clearly an untenable risk, even though I am vaccinated. I guess the first gut check - am I already being over-cautious in thinking that?

If I'm right that that is way too risky. What precautions would be reasonable to ask for?

If everyone is vaccinated, all non-wind players are masked, and I'm 6 feet away from everyone else, that's about as many mitigating factors as possible - and I honestly can't tell if that's enough to be safe or not. It's still being unmasked in a room full of people for hours, doing an activity that for me involves a lot of deep breaths.

I suspect, on one hand, I may be too cautious in thinking those measures wouldn't be enough? and the other hand I can't help but shake the fear that it won't work out okay
