Post Body

So my dealership when i took my hatch in for its first service at 5k they did an alignment because the steering was kind of off so they corrected it completely but noticed the next day when my car was in the garage with the bright white light they left indents from the alignment rack on my wheels. And when I addressed it to them they offered to fix it for free (back on June 10) and its now July and they called me a couple of days ago to get it in and and re painted. But when i took it home to my bright ass light in my garage that shows anything wrong on paint. The wheels still have the indents and now has overspray all over my brakes barrel is completely rough and full of paint and some on the body as well. Basically did a half ass job on this no im having to go back, and really go off on them because they took me out of a car for 3 days. Im debating if i should be like now im gonna take it too a dedicated wheel painting shop that will do a powder coat to redo the whole thing again get a quote and give that to them to cover it since they clearly don’t know how to redo wheels not to mention it doesn’t even feel or look like they put clear coat over it just rough and sandy feeling. And one more thing if they choose to not do anything is there a way to report this incident to Toyota and get this up too them?
