Hello,
I'm curious how so many people can sell custom games, badges, Tshirts, podcards, greeting cards etc with obvious references to TV shows / movies with images / quotes etc and not get in trouble?
I'm respect to the games, does it make a difference if you sell them made to order and customise / personalise them to the customer so can't say you're mass producing them?
I guess same for pins etc?
I've a couple of business ideas which I would love to include some custom board games and maybe pins in with them but I'm just wondering if it is so black and white with the copyright how so many people can man legitimate business from selling them?
Thanks in advance
