i make music and at the end of a song I want to include this audio clip of this old man singing "500 miles" that old song where its like "if you miss the train im on then you will know that I am gone". the audio is not professionally recorded and its just a guy sitting in his room singing the song. i have heard this song is copyrighted before and was wondering could i get away with this considering the song would go on streaming services
