Alchemical Antithesis game breaking bug

Heya!
For some reason, Alchemical Antithesis has been completely wiping my ammo stock rather than adding to it. Is this bug known? If not, it should be. I am playing on Blood and I have tried to refill my ammo stock several times but after earning a bunch it will just wipe my stock or just wipe it upon activation. EDIT: I think this might be related to being inside the gondola
