BO3 Origins no special zombies for thunder fist step bug?

I had done all the staffs an their upgrades. I did the g strike got the thunder fists, I put the staffs in robots an then used g strike to blow a hole in the ground killed the panzers shot the plane got a quite from killing zombie the maxis drone never dropped but i picked it up at table after.
Tried for 10 round to get the glowy zombies to try an get the upgrades fists an not a single one tried at the start of round middle and end of the round an nothing feel gutted was roaming around for almost 5 hours.
