Fastest way to level up MW guns without MW?

I'm not sure if this post is allowed so mods, remove if it isn't.

I started playing CW (first COD game) when it came out and have since started playing Warzone as I've accomplished pretty much everything I wanted to on CW. There are a bunch of MW guns that I wanna use but it seems so tough to level them up without Modern Warfare. If I wanna level up a CW gun, I can do it in 2-3 hours with 2wxp tokens. I'm wondering what the best ways to approach leveling up the MW weapons within the confines of warzone.
