Is anyone else experiencing voice chat issues when playing with friends on different platforms?

Our group has people playing across multiple platforms, and people from the same platform can hear each other, but the cross platform voice chat is laggy and way beyond hearing. So the PS4 people can hear the other PS4 players and the PC people can hear the other PC players, but PS4 to PC and vice versa, can't.
Only started today. Anyone else facing this?
