Any tips for dealing with 2v1 situations as a new player?

I have been playing solo-duo resurgence to practice and last season it was pretty good, lots of other solo players/players away from their teammate, but this season it's different. I don't know if it's because they removed trios, but I'm finding a lot more players sticking with their teammates. Even if I down one of them, their teammate will always kills me, usually before I can kill the downed player. Any advice on what to do would be helpful.

Set up a private match and go kill some bots it helps also aimlab is great!
