Recently my PS5 has had issues and I sent it in for repair. While I await the repair I downloaded COD unto my XBox, only to learn that there's an account/email linked to that COD account, an email I'm in no way associated with. I contacted support and I keep getting the run around. They sent me an email requesting all my account tags, which I did, to then send me an email stating they can't recover the account because no suspicious activity was detected. I have COD on multiple platforms using the same email.IM TELLING YOU there's suspicious activity. My Xbox/ MS account has an email I've never used linked to it.In order for me to unlink the account I would have to log in via said email...which I have NO access to. Male here and account is under some Stargirl email.😑
