I'm stuck on the title screen

I was playing this morning. My issue is that it won't connect to the server and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone.Praying to Jesus. All that. My phone will still say "getting version info and load all the way until 100% then jump down to 60 and keep repeating until I quit. Any help would be nice.
