First |haul, items missing from order.

I have recieved my first haul, and it arrived in a tiny box. The box was so small, it couldn't possibly have held all the items.

What was missing was a backpack, I have ordered that with a t shirt, earbuds, and a small purse,

I have paid for postage for 1500g, and have received a package of 500g.

I have sent a ticket, and have been told i will compensation. in 10 to 15 days.

Will the compensation cover the cost of the missing bag, and postage to get it to me?

Its my first haul, not very stressed, but also not very impressed either.
