I've always had a thing for women in uniform, especially policewomen. I also have a fantasy involving overpowering and dominating one, a type of CNC fantasy. The fantasy is part physical and mental. I get a thrill thinking about dominating a woman in uniform and taking power away from her. I would love to act this out with a real policewoman, but I doubt that will happen, so I think a fantasy roleplay is the next best option.

It's a warm summer evening. I'm out on the edge of town at an office complex that I've been casing for months. There are some important documents that I've been "hired" to get for a rival company. I've accounted for everything and knew when the office is empty and the alarm system. What I haven't accounted for is a backup alarm company that the company recently installed. After breaking into the outer door, I move toward the area of the office where the documents should be. I unknowingly set off the backup silent alarm.

A few miles away you're in your patrol car when you get a call to check out a silent alarm. Meanwhile, I'm in the process of working on opening the safe. I always come prepared with rope and other assorted restraints, in case I come across security or someone who shouldn't be there. As for you, you are relatively new to the police department fresh out of the academy (or you are a seasoned veteran, which could make your capture more interesting), but you are smart, capable, and maybe even a bit cocky, which would play into your capture in this scenario.

I'm 6'1", 225, average/decent body, and average to above average strength. Strong enough to overpower you (with the expectation of some struggling!) I would love it if the uniform was unrealistic, but that is negotiable, and preference for a realistic uniform is acceptable and ultimately your choice.
For now, the standard issue uniform for women in the department is a tight, form-fitting button-down blue uniform shirt matched with a slightly too-short skirt and black heels. Along with the standard utility belt with a service weapon, baton, radio, and of course handcuffs, which could be useful when overpowering and restraining you, but I think rope is more fun. After I overpower you, then I would have to explore your body and see if you are hiding anything. I would focus my attention on you rather than the burglary.
