Potential Scenario: You are walking back home late at night through a dark, dimly lit street in your knee-length skirt. I have been following you discreetly for a while in my car, until I see the perfect chance to nab you, and force you into my car. I gag you, and tie you up, and then drive towards an empty warehouse just by the outskirts of the city, where your muffled moans would mean nothing.
