All your coworkers bailed and left you to manage the store all by yourself today. At first it wasn't a big deal, there's snow and ice on the forecast so it's been pretty quiet all day. But over the couple hours the temperature has dropped well below freezing and you can see a layer of ice on the road outside.

Now you're worried.. how will you get home? If you're car is going to make it, you have to leave now. 'Fuck it' you think to yourself and you decide to close up early, you haven't had a customer in hours anyway. As you grab the keys and head to the door to lock up you see me walking through the store straight for your shop.

'Hey, looks like you're closing up.. could I just grab a few things real quick? I'll be super quick!' I say with a polite smile.

Ugh, you really have to get going if you're going to make it home, it's really nasty out there. You decide to try and push me off.. 'Gosh, I'm really not supposed to let anyone in right now, it's just me for closing'

'I totally understand and I promise I'll be super quick, I really need this stuff before the snow gets too bad or else I'm screwed'

You relent. This guy seems nice enough, and he's shivering so hard you think you can hear his teeth chattering. 'Alright, come on in' you say as you push the door wider for me to come in. Once I'm in you head to the back to fill my order. While you're looking through the inventory you hear a soft 'click' from the front room.

A wave of dread washes over you. Immediately your hands goes to your pockets.. Shit, shit, shit! You left the keys in the door. You slowly turn and see me slowly walking through the door to the back. My eyes are locked on you with the intensity of a cat watching a mouse. The first thing you notice is that I'm slowly pulling a length of rope out of my pocket.

Your heart drops, your chest seizes, and the box of items in your hands clatters to the floor.. our eyes meet for just a moment and you freeze. There is no doubt, you are in danger.

Do you run? Do you fight? Do you scream?
