Hey everyone, I’m a 30-year-old guy and I’ve never had sex. It’s something I’ve thought about for a while now, and I’m feeling pretty nervous about it. I guess there’s a lot of pressure around losing your virginity, and it hasn’t helped that I’ve always been a bit shy and not very confident around women.
I know I’m not alone in this, but it’s hard not to feel like I’m falling behind or missing out on something. Part of me is worried that I won’t know what to do, or that I’ll be judged for waiting this long. I want it to be meaningful, but at the same time, I feel this growing pressure to just get it over with.
