Are CLOV shorts blocked until Monday?

I had heard that CLOV had been locked from being shorted till Monday. Anyone know if this is true?

CLOV is on the SSR for today. I believe it means they can’t short the bid price only the ask. Basically they can only short the stock if the price goes up. They can’t just pile drive it down.
