Crash To Desktop when Right-Clicking Characters

Has anyone been having this issue since the new update? I was playing fine in the previous version of the mod, but after starting a new game post-update, every time I right-click a character portrait the game freezes then crashes. Currently not experiencing this issue in the base game. Any help is welcome!

Yep, everything is up to date. I had one that was out of date but still works on current versions of the game and disabled it, then disabled everything else just in case, and it still CTDs.
