RESULTS OF MY OWN EXPERIMENT POST-CHS
Hi everyone, So I quit weed for 4 months a while back, convinced that the carts were what caused the issue in the first place. I decided to try quitting for 4 months and then going back to daily use but only with plant/herb.
After 4 months completely sober and no trigger foods, I began smoking 2-3 grams a day, beginning with 15-18% THC and moving to 21-25% THC toward the last few weeks. I made it a total of 9 weeks smoking from the minute I woke up until I went to bed, and now CHS is back. I could feel it the last few days in the AM before smoking and decided to stay sober today and I'm totally miserable.
Worst part is I can't even take Zofran anymore because I'm now taking Mirtazapine for PTSD issues and both together is apparently bad.
Now from this is did learn that I could use occasionally without likely ever noticing, but I think this was enough to just quit for good. I found I enjoyed it less the second time around because I was so concerned about it coming back.
So for anyone wondering, we are all different, so smoke once and get CHS, others can can months, but it came back like people said.
