I know I have CHS and I know the only way to stop having episodes is to quit.
I smoke daily and usually can tell when I need to take a break. Anxiety and stress seem to be the biggest triggers that I can't avoid. I quit coffee easily years ago because it triggers me now.
I smoke to help with my anxiety.
I've been having situational panic attacks. I started therapy.
I went out with friends and drank three different types of alcohol like a rookie teenager. I threw up from the alcohol but had a panic attack because I was afraid of having an episode and I'm thinking that was a catalyst.
I'm thinking back to my many episodes over the 12 years and a lot of them were due to stress.
I'm not really sure what I'm looking for with this post. Just looking to see if anyone can relate I guess.
