Still new to this whole thing. I smoked every night and weekends for a few years, but not nearly as much as I’ve seen others smoke, or even some other on this sub (no judgement at all just comparison). I’ve been going through alot personally so already having bad anxiety. My episode was waking up in the middle of the night with the severe stomach pains, but I really didn’t throw up. I went to the ER because we thought it was a panic attack and none of my usual fixes helped. Except the hot shower. After the hospital I had zero issues, just anxiety due to the stuff going on at home. Haven’t smoked in 3 weeks but never had another symptom. The ER wasn’t sure it was CHS they just mentioned it. So I’m more curious if it was situational or actual CHs? If it is, it is what it is. I def miss weed but it’s not the end of the world. Guess the only way to know for sure is smoke again? But I’m worried lol

doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t smoke. everyone is different. i had my first episode exactly a year ago, it was real bad. no food for a week, couldn’t keep even water down had to go ER for iv hydration. lost 10kg in a week. took a 30 day break, then started smoking once a week, then two times, and then fell back into daily use. it’s taken me a whole year for it to resurface, this time no nausea but diarrhoea every morning and night, with the feeling not fading even when i’ve got nothing left (sorry if tmi) so now i’ve quit again. it will come back but you can smoke to some degree, you have to see what works for you.
