I've been smoking HEAVY since 2019 mostly carts, dabs and diamonds. I had to spend a night in the ER last week for vomiting and diarrhea(on the light end of the scale from what I'm seeing here) can I actually never smoke again even shitty weed? I have depression and insomnia it's the only thing that helps I took pills as a teenager and hate the idea of taking pills again with a passion. Does anyone still smoke? I won't be doing anything for at least 90 days any feedback would be appreciated.
Depends. I will probably get down voted but this is my anecdotal experience. I have been able to smoke flower for months (daily) now after my first ever episode. Prior to my episode I used to smoke all day everyday, now just one medium sized joint a night. No symptoms so far. I exercise daily, usually an hour - hour and 45 of heavy weightlifting or training Muay Thai. Hot saunas and ice baths. I think being active and healthy definitely helps to keep it at bay.
I waited 30 days before trying again and initially would only smoke once or twice a week. I’m 22 and stared smoking when I was 14. Leading up to the episode it was daily usage for a year plus. After the episode I also switched to pharmacy weed only (I live in Australia so it’s either prescription weed or street weed) and honestly I feel so much better smoking stuff that isn’t from the street. I have a feeling something that is sprayed on street weed accelerates CHS (this is just a theory I have no evidence to back this up)

Cannabis has never really given me an increased appetite, actually the opposite. Makes me not want to eat as much. I’ve never been hungrier than when I stopped smoking
