Yo guys just want to let all of you guys know that adding a bit salt to your water can really help with rehydration. If you are experiencing bouts of dehydration because of vomiting, sweating, loose stool, and lack of appetite it might help to add just a bit of salt to your water when you are able to drink. You can read plenty of articles about this online that can explain why this works.
This also might be a better alternative to some people who struggle with drinking things like Gatorade and Powerade as the flavorings in those sports drinks can be quite intense, whereas adding a bit of salt doesn't change the taste of the water.
