This happened to me no less than 10 minutes ago. I’m trying moderation and smoked a tiny tiny joint outside, felt quite nice. Immediately went inside to brush my teeth, started briefly brushing my teeth but thought I’ll go for the tongue, try and get all that smoke gunk off there. Little did I know I had grabbed my tube of FUCKING CAPSICUM CREAM from my last episode.. thinking it was toothpaste. Mouth started burning and now I can’t do anything to stop it
Yes I’m good 😅😅 I let some milk sit in my mouth for 5 minutes, helped thank goodness
