I have my own small firm and have been at Schwab for 15 years.
I hate them now. They are the bane of my existence. Every little thing takes 7 times longer than it used to. We get told arbitrarily that schwab cannot do XYZ even though in the past Schwab did XYZ.
The voice menu option never works. Our calls get answered by retail reps all the time (is our $300m not clearing some secret AUM to get real help?)
I could put together a 2 hour power point with all the ways they are worse now than 5 years ago.
Anyone else agree that it's been a consistent decline??
