change stadiums, etc?

hi! i have a question lol
so i hate the generic teambuilder stadiums, idk why but i don't like them.
if i wanted to move a team's home stadium (for example, move georgia state to georgia tech's bobby dodd stadium since they're both in atlanta), how would one do that on ps3?
i know there's an editor that works for the pc version, does it also work on console versions?
