KATHLEEN CASEY: Thank you very much. I'd ask everybody to mute their line unless they're speaking. This is Kathy. This meeting is a committee on compensation. It is for the sole purpose of considering an amendment, an extension of the employment contract for James Franklin, head football coach. I want to welcome the public to the meeting today. KATHLEEN CASEY: Thank you very much, Tom. The committee met this afternoon in executive session to consider the employment terms and conditions of an amendment and exception of the employment contract with James Franklin, head football coach. The purpose of this public meeting is to vote on the terms and amendment of his employment contract. The terms of this contract amendment and extension were described in detail to the committee in its executive session. May I have a motion from the committee for recommending adoption of the contract terms as presented in executive session earlier today?

KATHLEEN CASEY: Any discussion among the committee? Given the conference call format of this meeting, I'll ask Tom to take a roll call vote. And when Tom calls your name, I'll ask if in favor, signify by saying aye, and if opposed, by saying nay. Tom, can you please call the roll?
